Hana Lenz

I am a Colorado native with a passion for outdoors, spending time with my husband, 9 year old daughter, and our huskydoodle exploring new places, riding dirt bikes, and snowboarding. With nine years of experience in physical therapy, my background has primarily been in skilled nursing facilities and home healthcare. I am dedicated to fitness and enjoy helping people achieve their goals, regain strength and feel their best self throughout the rehabilitation process.

Carlie Waitley

I was born and raised in small town Nebraska. I graduated from PTA school in 2018 and have gotten to work in many different healthcare settings throughout the U.S. I am currently working on expanding my education and working towards certification in women’s health. For fun, I enjoy catching a good movie or soaking in the outdoors with my dog, Zoey.
